A-base
Material: profiled laminated logs
Logs dimensions: 200(w) x 175(h) mm.
Total area is 170 sq. m.
The 1st floor height is 3 m.
The 2nd floor is an attic (mansard) floor having the height 2,35m at the point of roof joints the walls, and the height 3,98m at the ridge of a roof.
The bearing structure is made of glued laminated beams.
The roof material is granule-coated shingles.
Room dividers are the wooden framed partitions with sound-proofing filling and sheeted with gypsum plasterboards.
Functionally house is divided for two parts:
- Guest part on the first floor and includes drawing room, kitchen, dining room, guest lavatory, guest bedroom.
- Family part on the 2nd floor consists of 2 bedrooms, study/office room, dressing room, and separated lavatory.
- Additionally the first floor has technical room and storage room.
