Material: profiled laminated logs
Logs dimensions: 200(w) x 175(h) mm.
Total area is 236 sq. m.
The 1st floor height is 3 m.
The 2nd floor is an attic (mansard) floor having the height 2,35m at the point of roof joints the walls, and the height 3,98m at the ridge of a roof.
The bearing structure is made of glued laminated beams.
The roof material is granule-coated shingles.
Room dividers are the wooden framed partitions with sound-proofing filling and sheeted with gypsum plasterboards.
House extention is made of wooden frame with log siding and fibre reinforced gypsum slab facing inside.

Functionally house is divided for two parts:

1.Guest part on the first floor and includes drawing room, kitchen, dining room, guest lavatory, guest bedroom.
1.Family part on the 2nd floor consists of 2 bedrooms, study/office room, dressing room, and separated lavatory.
1.House extention is designed in two options: a) garage for two cars; b) hall/room with the panoramic glazing (for different types of use)
1.There are technical room and storage room on the first floor.
